Katie Croft-Walsh

Katie is a multi-disciplinary attorney with over thirty-four years of litigation and transactional experience in health law and employment. She has successfully represented health care professionals at all levels and specialties, including individuals and group practices before their respective State and Administrative Boards. She advises employers on preventative strategies, employment related issues, HIPAA and Cyber Security compliance, policies and procedures and employment handbooks. Additionally, Katie assists healthcare professionals with the development of their practices, and handles peer review and regulatory and administrative law matters. Contractually she has worked on a wide range of employment contracts, stakeholder agreements, franchise agreements, loan agreements and lease agreements. She has extensive experience in the creation of limited partnerships, professional corporations and limited liability companies throughout Texas
